How do I play?
Each round has two parts. First, HIDE: drag to move behind cover and tap CROUCH to duck before your rival shoots. Then it's your turn: drag to aim through the scope and tap FIRE. You have three shots a round. Knock your rival's health to zero to win.
Do I need the internet?
No. The campaign plays fully offline. You only need a connection for Online 1v1, the Daily Challenge leaderboard, watching optional reward ads and buying from the shop.
I bought Remove Ads on another device. How do I get it back?
Open the Shop, go to the COINS tab and tap RESTORE PURCHASES, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.
I bought coins but didn't get them.
Close and reopen the game while connected to the internet; the store finishes any purchase that was interrupted. If the coins still haven't arrived, email us with the date and your App Store or Google Play receipt and we'll sort it out. Coins are saved on your device, so they can't be moved to a new phone.
Online 1v1 won't connect.
Check you have a working internet connection (wifi or mobile data), then go back to the home screen and try again. If a match drops halfway, the game takes you back to the lobby. If it keeps failing, email us and tell us your nickname and roughly when it happened.
How do I start again from level 1?
Settings > Reset progress. This clears your level, coins and characters on this device and can't be undone. If you bought Remove Ads, get it back afterwards with Shop > Coins > Restore purchases.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Settings > Privacy choices opens Google's consent options. On iPhone and iPad you can also change tracking permission in the Settings app under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
How do I delete my online data?
Email us with your online nickname and we'll delete your player record from our game server. See the privacy policy for everything the game stores.
Someone online was rude or cheating.
Tap REPORT on the results screen after the match, or BLOCK to never be matched with them again. Players with repeated reports are removed from online play.
Delete your data
Blockshot: Hide & Shoot has no accounts. Here is how to remove what it keeps:
- Online 1v1 data (your player ID, nickname, character, level, coin total, rating, wins and losses, reports and blocks): email support@blockshotgame.com with the subject "Delete my data" and your online nickname (shown in ONLINE 1V1). We delete your player record from our game server within 30 days and confirm by email. Nothing is kept afterwards, except that we may keep the bare fact that an account was blocked for breaking the rules, for up to 90 days.
- Progress on your device (level, coins, characters, settings): Settings > Reset progress in the game, or delete the app.
- Ad data held by Google AdMob: Settings > Privacy choices in the game (where offered), your phone's ad settings, or Google's own controls. See the privacy policy.
